In this module, students will learn all of the core aspects of Mortgage Insurance. First, they will take a historical approach to understand the need for insurance and concepts that influenced the development of the tool. After, they will learn just what is being insured, and who is responsible for what aspect. Finally, they will learn about insurance premiums and the maximum underwriting premiums available.
